Eynav Sheinfeld Epstein, Principal and Co-founder
Eynav Sheinfeld Epstein earned a B.A. With High Distinction from the University of Michigan in 1995. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. After receiving her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1999, Eynav practiced in the corporate and securities group at Katten Muchin Rosenman in Chicago. In 2001, she shifted her talents to a career in legal recruiting. Eynav is actively involved with a number of Chicago public schools. She has been elected to the Local School Council and has also served as Vice President of fundraising.

Denise Rothbardt Schwartz, Principal and Co-founder
Denise Rothbardt Schwartz received her B.A., with distinction, from Indiana University in 1996, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. In 1999, she earned her J.D., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law. She served as an Editor of, and was published in, The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. Following graduation, Denise was a corporate associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in Minneapolis. She later joined the banking and finance practice group at Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago. Denise entered the legal recruiting field in 2003. Denise currently serves on the Associate Board of Open Books, a non-profit organization that provides literacy experiences for children in Chicago.

Erin Solomon, Senior Recruiter
Erin Solomon received her B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2011. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2014. While in law school, Erin served as an associate editor for the Elder Law Journal. Following graduation, she practiced as a litigation associate at Winston & Strawn LLP. Erin joined EpsteinSchwartz in 2017.

Kelly Beck graduated from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, with a B.A. in 2008. She went on to earn her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012. Following graduation, Kelly practiced Labor and Employment law for five years in Washington, D.C. and Chicago, representing labor organizations in arbitration, litigation, and administrative proceedings.Prior to attending law school, Kelly worked as an organizer for President Barack Obama’s campaign, organizing communities in Illinois, Iowa, Nevada, South Dakota, and Indiana.
