Our clients, all top national law firms with busy and sophisticated practices, are seeking IP associates with technical backgrounds and strong law firm experience. Specific requirements include:
- a biology background and 3-6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience; OR
- an electrical engineering or computer engineering background and 3+ years of strong litigation experience; OR
- an electrical engineering background and at least one year of patent prosecution experience; OR
- a chemisty background (PhD in chemistry or organic chemistry preferred) and at least 3+ years of patent prosecution experience.
