  • 3-4 years of legal practice (law firm or in-house) focused on ERISA and employee benefits matters;
  • An understanding of qualified retirement plan issues and compliance matters; health and welfare plan experience is a plus;
  • Strong technical skills;
  • Excellent academic credentials; and
  • An interest in joining a busy and sophisticated practice.
