Our client, a growing and collaborative AmLaw 50 firm with a large Chicago office, is hiring an mid-level associate to join its dynamic employee benefits and executive compensation practice. Ideal attorney candidates for this role will have:
- 4-6 years of legal practice (law firm or in-house) focused on employee benefits and executive compensation matters;
- A solid understanding of qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, fiduciary governance, nonqualified plans, and advising on compensation and benefits issues in corporate transactions, including ESOP transactions;
- Strong technical skills;
- Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude;
- Top academic credentials; and
- An interest in joining a busy and sophisticated practice.
