EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search is seeking an experienced corporate healthcare partner or counsel-level attorney. Our client, a top Chicago-based firm with a growing corporate healthcare practice, is hiring an attorney with 10+ years of transactional healthcare experience. This attorney will represent healthcare industry clients in connection with a variety of complex and cutting-edge matters. Ideal attorney candidates for this role will have:
- 10+ years of experience representing healthcare clients in M&A transactions and commercial transactions, any healthcare regulatory experience is a plus;
- Strong industry connections and an operational business plan, no portable business is required;
- Top law firm or in-house experience;
- Excellent analytical and writing skills;
- Top academics; and
- An interest in joining a dynamic and growing corporate healthcare practice at a sophisticated firm with a collegial and collaborative culture.
Anticipated base compensation salary range for this role is $250,000 – $450,000. Competitive benefits package provided.
