Our client, a top Chicago law firm with a robust real estate practice, is hiring a counsel-level attorney to join its practice. Our client is a sophisticated, full-service law firm that offers a collegial atmosphere and a premier middle-market practice. Ideal attorneys for this position will have:
- 8+ years of leasing experience, including experience representing landlords and tenants;
- strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as ability to manage a variety of different projects simultaneously;
- leadership and client relationship skills;
- strong professional network and a developed business plan, no portable business is required; and
- excellent academic credentials and law firm experience.
Anticipated base compensation salary range for this role is $200,000 – $400,000. Competitive benefits package provided.
