EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search has excellent opportunities for lawyers with technology transactions experience. Our clients, premier national law firms, are seeking attorneys to join their dynamic and complex practices. Ideal attorney candidates will have:
- 3-6 years of licensing/IP transactions experience, including inbound and outbound licensing, development, outsouring, technology services, collaboration and other commercial arrangements, as well as with the IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs and joint ventures;
- top academic credentials;
- experience practicing in a law firm or in-house group; and
- an interest in joining a national technology transactions practice.
Anticipated base salary compensation range for these roles is $260,000 – $390,000. Competitive benefits packages provided.
