EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search is seeking an associate with antitrust experience. Our client, a premier national law firm with a sophisticated and thriving antitrust practice, is searching for an associate to join its complex practice. Attorneys in this group represent clients experiencing antitrust and competition challenges. They handle antitrust disputes, criminal cartel investigations and transactions clearance, and counsel on business and compliance issues and international competition laws. Ideal attorneys for this position will have:
- 2 – 5 years of antitrust and/or government investigations experience, including experience with civil antitrust litigation, criminal antitrust investigations, and/or antitrust merger work (prior merger clearance experience, or a desired interest in this practice area, is a plus);
- strong academic and law firm credentials; and
- an interest in joining a cutting-edge antitrust practice at a top law firm.
