Our client, a premier boutique firm with a focus on the healthcare industry, is hiring a mid-level associate with corporate / transactional experience to join its dynamic team. Associates at this firm will represent clients in acquisition, disposition, financing, corporate restructuring and real estate matters. The practice is broad and complex and associates gain excellent hands-on experience and enjoy significant mentoring. The associate billable hours requirement is 1750. Ideal attorney candidates for this role will have:
- 2-6 years of corporate / transactional experience gained at a mid-sized or large law firm, some experience with healthcare industry clients is preferred;
- Strong drafting, negotiation and multitasking skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and develop client relationships;
- Excellent academic credentials; and
- An interest in joining an innovative boutique firm with a sophisticated and broad practice.
Anticipated base compensation for this role is $145,000 – $300,000. Competitive benefits package provided.
