EpsteinSchwartz is seeking an experienced corporate associate to join our client, a premier Chicago-based law firm with a broad and sophisticated practice. This attorney will be part of our corporate team and will have the opportunity to represent early-stage and growth-stage companies, founders and VC firms in a range of EC/VC transactions. Ideal attorney candidates for this role will have:
- 5-8 years of corporate, M&A, governance, contracts and joint ventures experience gained at a top law firm practice;
- Familiarity with the tech and venture capital sectors;
- Ability to lead, negotiate and manage complex transactions;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials; and
- An interest in joining a collaborative, innovative and complex corporate practice at a top Chicago firm.
Anticipated base compensation range for this role is $210,000 – $235,000. Competitive benefits package provided.
