EpsteinSchwartz is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience.  Our client, a dynamic and collaborative AmLaw 50 firm with a large Chicago office, is hiring an mid-level associate to join its dynamic employee benefits and executive compensation practice.  Ideal attorney candidates for this role will have:

  • 5+  years of legal practice focused on employee benefits and executive compensation matters;
  • A solid understanding of compensation disclosure issues and navigating a comprehensive range of transactional matters related to executive compensation and benefits, alongside the applicable tax, securities, and relevant laws;
  • Strong technical skills;
  • Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude;
  • Top academic credentials; and
  • An interest in joining a busy and sophisticated practice.
