EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search has a unique opportunity for an attorney with 3-5 years of fund finance experience. Our client, a top international law firm with a large office in Chicago, is hiring an experienced fund finance associate to join its well-established and dynamic practice. This attorney will work closely with attorneys in all offices, gain strong hands on experience and be part of a sophisticated and collaborative practice. Ideal attorney candidates for this role will have:
- 3-5 years of complex secured and unsecured lending transactions including fund finance, acquisition finance, and leveraged finance deals as well as bridge loans;
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as with attorneys across multiple offices; and
- Excellent academic credentials.
Anticipated base salary compensation for this role is $260,000 – $365,000. Competitive benefits package provided.
