EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search is seeking an attorneys with restructuring experience. Our clients, top national law firms with premier bankruptcy practices, are hiring associates with 2-5 years of experience representing clients involved in in-court and out-of-court restructurings and litigation matters. Attorneys in these groups represent clients in restructurings, 363 sales, DIP loans, plans of reorganization and foreclosures. The work is complex and varied. Ideal attorney candidates for these roles will have:
- 2-5 years of sophisticated law firm restructuring experience;
- Experience representing corporate debtors, investors, committees, creditors and other parties dealing with distressed businesses;
- Excellent academic credentials;
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and drafting skills; and
- An interest in joining top national restructuring practices with collegial teams.
Anticipated base compensation salary range for these roles is $260,000 – $390,000. Competitive benefits packages provided.
