EpsteinSchwartz Legal Search is seeking associate attorneys with extensive securities experience. Our clients, a top national, regional and Chicago-based law firms, are hiring associates with 2-6 years of experience handling securities compliance matters, offerings and other capital markets transactions. Thesse attorneys will represent clients in registered public equity and debt offerings and public and private placements of equity and debt securities and investors and borrowers in private equity and venture capital investments. Ideal attorney candidates for these roles will have:
- Expertise with matters arising out of the the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934;
- Strong transactions experience, including reviewing, drafting and negotiating primary deal documents;
- Excellent academic and law firm credentials;
- Ability to work well with clients and manage client relationships; and
- An interest in supporting and sophisticated and dynamic practice.
Anticipated base salary compensation range for these roles is $225,000 – $430,000. Competitive benefits packages provided.
