- 2-6 years of corporate / M&A law firm experience;
- Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills;
- Adept at managing client relationships;
- Ability to prioritze and multi-task;
- Interest in working in fast-paced and complex practices; and
- Excellent academic credentials.
Anticipated base salary compensation range for these roles is $215,000 – $420,000. Competitive benefits packages provided.
